Well what can I say I hate scam artist!! I hate people who lie. I'm a out going person who has been in the marketing business for a long time. I was a top leader for a company called D.M.E if you don't know what it means. Direct Marketing Enterprizes. It is a business that go's business to business and directly talks to people and sales products. It was hard work. I was BANKING or should I say they where banking off me!!!! Now I'm in a team effort program, and I make all the money!!!!!! as you would say What do you mean all the money? Thats right I make all the money. Here I was busting my but for D.M.E and who was getting all the money they where. I was makeing $50 to $60 a day while they where makeing $500 to $600!!! and I did all the work yea I got a plac at a convention and they promised me everything for all my hard work jajaja thats really funny people!!! I am very happy where I am know and all I did was watch this video and I was sold never again will I work ! for someone. I was on the fence and they helped me jump off! Leaders are treated as god themselves. MLM organizations too support this kind of behavior with special front row seating based on hierarchy. Lowly Distributors are not allowed to occupy front rows. Beware of the Fluff.when it comes to make money from home based business because there's a lot more to it than the so called "GURUS" want you to know. They seem like great companies, they have a good sales pitch and their comp plan looks good too. They have big corporate offices and have been around for years. Isn?t that good? Any company out there that sells products like lotions, potions, pills, miracle juices or miracle gas saving products usually doesn?t work for the average person for many reasons.

Those companies usually make most of their money from you, the distributor, not from selling the products. They have you on auto ship, so you are their income. Financial freedom ( For them ).

They only pay about 2% to 15% so many levels deep. They will tell you that when you fill the matrix, you won?t have to do anything and you?ll be making 20 to 40k a month. The truth is, there are so many loop holes to their comp plans that no body ever reaches those! levels. You either will have too many people on your left, but not enough on your right side to make the higher level payouts. They tell you that you need more personal volume and your group volume is fine or vice versa, or my favorite, you had fallout this month, so you no longer qualify for that car bonus we promised you about.

They make you hold home parties to push your crap on your friends. Listen to me?..If I wanted weight loss, I?d go to GNC. If I wanted Lotions, I?d go to CVS, Save on, Nordstrom or Bullocks. If I wanted to put additives in my gas tank, I?d go to Kragen, Chief or Pep Boys and buy a product from STP or Penzoil. You get what I mean?.?

They are a copy cat company of the original company. How many companies out there are selling a juice that is based from the Acai Berry, Goji berry or the Mangosteen fruit? How many of those promise to cure cancer? What a joke? Is our society that ignorant that if something actually cured cancer, wouldn?t w! e want to check it out? How many travel companies are there no! w? How m any fuel additives are there now? How many of those have been shut down? How many make up, skin lotions and vitamin companies are there out there?

It just seems like there is so many junk companies on the internet, how do you know what is good and what is not? Some of these companies above actually have a good product, but I would never go in business with them.

So, how do I choose an online business that I can profit from and that I can be proud to represent?

When I evaluate a company, I look for these key points. Keep in mind, when I join a company, my #1 goal is to make money and to do it legitimately. I do not want to hurt anyone or rip anyone off. This is what I?ve learned and these guidelines will help you determine what company is right for you.

If you are not making at least 75% of the upfront commission when you make a sale, forget it. This means that you are doing all the work and the company and/or the person above you is making all the! money.

If you have to have 1000, 10,000 or 20,000 people in your organization before you make any real money. DO NOT Join. Most people will NEVER get there.

If they teach you to hold home parties and invite all your friends. Run away fast.

If they have a sales pitch 2-3 times a day and only 2-3 training classes per week. This means that the company is more interested in selling you than training you how to make money long term

If you can?t break even or get into profit with 3 sales, forget it.

If you can?t speak with the owners or the corporate office via phone or webinar, Forget it. I like to know who I am doing business with before I will do business with them.

If it is a start up or in pre launch, forget. The chances of these companies becoming the next Amway is about as good as winning the lottery. At least with the lottery, you have a chance to win once or twice a week. You might as well go to Vegas and blow your money on a go! od time. At least you?ll have some great memories, see a great! show an d have a great meal.

These are not all the rules for success on the internet, but this is a great guideline to follow when evaluating an internet company.

I put having plenty of leads/prospects as the number one
thing I wish I knew, because I think that's where I got
stuck the first time I did network marketing. I was given
a script to say to friends and family, and I was told that
all I needed was five people to make this thing happen.

Boy was that statement ever wrong.

I went to work right away thinking this! would be easy.
The first person I talk to was my father-in-law. He gave
me
an hour speech about how this thing is not going to work
for him?
therefore, its not going to work for me. That right there
is where
most people quit network marketing... the first time they
get
any kind of negativity from someone that doesn't understand
the business. But, I dusted myself off and by the end of
the month and many rejections later I had my 5 business
partners that were "going to take me to the Promised Land"!

But I could not believe that these people I had brought
into the business... had paid the company $500 to start
what could be a multi-million dollar business never even
got off the gate. They quit before they even got started.
Now, these were friends and family members that I held in
high regard, and seeing them let their dreams go away hurt
me. Its weird how that happens...

I went to my upline, but #2 reaso! n stuck its head up at
me. The person that recruited me was! brand n ew and had not
recruited anyone but me, the person that recruited them
only had only 3 personals, and the person above them was
doing O.K. but lived 1500 miles away. He and his wife
offered to help me with three ways if I made my "list".
And I did, they tried to help, but I did not recruit anyone
else for the next six months. I ran out of "warm
contacts", so I went to two national meetings, both over 2
hours plane ride away, to learn more... I wanted to learn
more, the Network Marketing bug had bit me and I wasn't
about to quit! The company brought in Tony Robbins. I
learned how to get pumped up, but still did not have a
clue on how to recruit more people other than the dreaded
"3 Foot Rule", which was not something I was willing to do
every single day.

Shortly after that the upline that was helping me quit, my
other business picked up so I left Network Marketing. Or so
I thought.

The next time I heard about Netw! ork Marketing was from a
wealthy customer of mine that had retired from the industry
10 years before, he was only 49 years old. I saw an
opportunity again for me and this time I got to know the
big hitters, I knew if I was going to make it I needed to
learn from the best. This is where I learned the top ten
things I wish I knew the first time. Plus, I learned to:

2. Get Excited!
3. Never Quit!

I was also introduced into so called "internet
recruiting". This sounded exciting! Having an endless

Goals, I know that word can be very scary, but it doesn?t have to be, especially if you know what to do. What is a goal? A goal is something specific, something you want or need to accomplish in a specific period of time. To establish a clear, central purpose or goal in life is the starting point of all success.

There was a study several years ago at a business school and the results of the graduates who had been out of school for at least ten years illustrates the power of goals. Upon graduation the graduates were surveyed and the following was found:

83% did not have goals
4% had vague goals
3% had clearly articulated written goals

When their levels of accomplishments were compared ten years later, those with some sense of their goal earned three times more than those with no goals. The 3% with clearly articulated written goals earned ten times more than those without goals.

You have goals; you may just not realize it now.! I want to help you realize, develop and achieve your goals. Your goals are your promises to YOU! Goal setting is just like creating a blueprint. Lets get started creating your blueprint!

Everyone needs to learn how to set effective, realistic and SMART goals. Start the process by first creating a list of dreams. Make sure you list places you would like to visit, things you would like to experiences, items you would like to have, skills you would like to acquire and the amount of money you would like to make. Maybe you want to travel to Hawaii or Europe or you want a new house or car. You decide what you want and write it down on paper. You will need this list to develop SMART Goals.

There is no limit to the number of goals that you set. You need to make sure your list includes goals that you are committed to attaining. There are a few steps to take to set effective goals and we will cover those here:

S=Specific
Your goals must be clearly defined ! and written.

M=Measurable
The goal must be able to ! be measu red over time. You must be able to clearly define what success on a goal will look like.

A=Actionable
There must be specific action steps you can take toward realization of the goal.

R=Realistic
Your goal must be one that is realistically based on your current level of skills, environment, and the time allotted.

T=Time Based
Your goal needs to have a deadline that you are committed to.

Look over each goal you have on your list and ask yourself, ?is this a SMART goal? Why or why not? Here are a couple of questions to ask yourself about each goal you want to set:

? Do I need help with my goal?
? What may hinder the process of my goals?
? Do I need more education to achieve more?

This is another major step in goal setting because you may see and feel necessary changes in your plan.

After you have written your ?SMART Goals? you need to prioritize your long-term and short-term goals. This is a very important! step in the goal-setting process because it enables you to step back and examine which goals are most important to you. This does not mean that you should ignore the goals farther down on your list, but it does help you to identify where and how to focus your efforts now.

Your goals will change over time, you will achieve some goals, and others may lose their importance as circumstances in your life change. As this happens you need to re-examine and re-prioritize your goals.

Once you have defined your SMART Goals you will need to define an action plan.

An Action Plan is an essential element of setting goals. The details that you specify in your Action Plan enable you to see what you need to do and avoid, in achieving your goals. As you develop your Action Plan, be sure to keep the following in mind:

? Write SMART Goals
? Develop your goals with a positive attitude
? Expand your knowledge
? Shape your Action Plan and commit to it !
? Invest in developing effective skills and habits
? G! ain resu lts by building relationships

Here is a great way to write your goals. Be sure to use an outline for each goal you want to set. These steps will help you to define your wants.

Step 1. List one of the goals you would like to achieve be specific.
Step 2. List 3 to 5 reasons to achieve this goal. In other words, why is it important that YOU achieve this goal.
Step 3. List the steps you need to take to achieve this goal. Break the process down into reasonable steps toward achieving your goal.

Let me show you a sample goal so you can see what is involved in each of the above steps.

Step 1. The Goal: You want a new red convertible 2005 Corvette with black leather seats, automatic, with a 5 disc CD player.

? You would like to have this new car by December 31, 2005.
? The cost will be approximately $55,000.

(You can go into more or less detail about the car and all the extras you would like to have, it?s up to you.)

Step 2. What?s in it for me (YOU)

1. I will get the satisfactions of driving the car of my dreams.
2. I will feel important.
3. I will be the first in my family to ever own such a car.
4. I will have achieved one of my goals.

Step 3. Steps to achieve your goal. You will need to increase yearly sales by $55,000 and introduce 204 people to the business opportunity.

1. I need to increase monthly sales approximately $4,500 and increase my new business partners by 17.
2. I need to increase weekly sales approximately $1,125 and bring in 4/5 new business partners.
3. I need to increase daily sales approximately $150 and bring in no less than 1 new business partner per day.

You may want to go into greater detail than I did with this example. I just wanted to share with you how this works. Your goals may not include a car, it could be going back to school to get a degree, buying a new home or re-decorating your current home. Whatev! er your goals, these steps will help you to define them.
It is also important to share your newly defined goals with your family, friends and business associates.

A few reasons why people fail at achieving their goals are:

1. People take action without any real plan.
2. People give themselves an unrealistic timeframe for achieving a goal
3. Their reason for the goal is unclear, they have not properly defined the goal
4. Lack of focus. Success demands focus.
5. Trying to do it alone, nobody goes through life alone and you should not try to achieve your goals alone. Ask for help.
6. FEAR OF FAILURE!!!! This is the biggie out of all the above. Fear resides where knowledge does not exist; the more knowledge you have about anything the less intimidated you will feel. Replace your fear with knowledge.

A finished basement is a valuable asset to a household, providing functional space for a family and potentially adding value to the home. Basements can be quite large in many homes, affording homeowners the option to personalize the space for a wide range of purposes. Possibilities abound for converting the basement of a home; they often serve as family rooms, home theaters, recreation rooms, offices, even additional bedrooms.

Left untreated for sound transmission, the walls and ceiling of a basement will serve as mediums through which structural sound vibrations are delivered throughout other parts of the home. Additionally, sounds originating within the room, from sources such as a home theater or people conversing, will reverberate from surrounding wall and ceiling surfaces, interfering with the intended sound and diminishing the quality of acoustics within the room. Both sound transmission and sound reverberation are natural sound wave behaviors which sho! uld be targeted in comprehensive basement soundproofing project.

A finished wall can be covered with a layer of heavyweight soundproofing vinyl, forming the foundation for the framing technique and additional drywall layer as described for the treatment of an unfinished wall.

Controlling sound transmission from a basement necessitates that the ceiling be treated in addition to the walls. The appropriate ceiling soundproofing treatment is dependent on the uniqu! e characteristics of the basement being treated. For instance, specialized soundproofing panels and caps are available for the grid type ceilings common in basements. Alternatively, finished or unfinished ceilings can be outfitted with a separated surface, similar to the way a secondary wall surface is created as described above.

We?re almost at the age of retirement now and thinking what do I want to do when I grow up? Most of us have worked our whole lives for someone else. What do we have to look forward to after working 20 or 30 years with a company ? a gold watch?? Is that all there is?

Wanting ? desiring ? needing?? Wanting more time to enjoy the things we never had time for when we were busy working and raising our families. Desiring to travel and experience different cultures in the world or give our full attention to the hobbies that make us feel fulfilled. Needing to feel free and relaxed without going to the ?job?. How can I achieve this?

I?m a baby boomer myself. I was tired of working for someone else. Life and setbacks along the way did not afford me th! e opportunity to put enough away to retire early while I am still healthy and want to play for the next 20 years instead of work. We are living longer and are healthier than the last generation was at 65.

At this age, it is also a time of reflection. Where have I been and where am I going? Have you found yourself asking those same questions? If so, what did you discover about yourself? I discovered that I was looking for something more meaningful in my life. I wanted to give back to the world. I earned a good living at my ?job? but really couldn?t afford to quit because I still had bills to pay. I could give back by mentoring others achieve their goals and become empowered and could earn a great living doing it. But just as important ? I am having a blast doing this. I get to work with my husband and build something together. We talk and share more than we have in years. We have a common goal. We are growing in new ways that I never thought possible. Working a personal development program with your partner is so rewarding. Also the excitement of waking up everyday knowing that I can talk to new peop! le not just about how my life has been changed but about how they want their life to change. What are their dreams about? I see such initial excitement from others about the potential of how a personal development program and business will change their lives. When I first began this business I was so full of hope and excitement that I felt like a little kid going to first grade again. Scared but excited at the same time.

We even get to live our dreams of travel. We are going to Hawaii and Rome for our annual conferences this year. Imagine a large group of people with all the same positive thoughts and energy in one room. It is enlightening to say the least. Wow what a deal!!

Just make sure you spend some time modifying the default templates that come with the software - otherwise your site will look exactly like the ones other users of the software create!

Keep Your Content Site Fresh

If you thought what you've done so far is hard work (and it is, if you try doing it all by yourself - that's where the automating solutions and tools help so much), then think again!
